I wish I were at my own private lake, I'm swimming in a white tank top and baby blue panties. The sun is just going down, I must of slept in my hammock beside the house to long as the sun has no doubtly crept up on me. Since the sun is starting to go down, the water beads on my body seem to sparkle and dance to the boy behind the tree. The sun catches the top of my back, I dip my hair in the water one last time to ensure it wet. He pauses for a moment hoping I haven't caught an early glimpse of him... I haven't. I walk onto the bank and I'm not worried about being dry, I watch the water make teardrops on the tips of my fingers and eyelashes.

I lay here wide awake wanting to dream already. My mind I feel is fatigued with the exhaustion of fear. I can only wonder for you so long. Weary eyes blink slowly as I picture you. 6 a.m.

6 a.m. isn't the perfect time. But the again when is? So many thoughts. I wonder why I let you bring me down, why do I let you bother me? You don't care about my feelings...or do you? Making me feel useless and inadequate like a rusty anchor. I won't go away, I won't run, I won't allow this to happen any longer. This time I wont stop..I'll keep going. I DON'T DESERVE THIS! DON'T! Why waste this on you? These thoughts, these emotions, these tries. I have to find a way to stop caring, stop missing, stop trying. 6 a.m. is the perfect time to let you go.
